The publication includes a list of published works by the prominent Soviet art historian and art theorist Ieremia Isayevich Ioffe (1888–1947). For the first time, all works included in the list were checked de visu. The list includes 23 entries. Of these, there are 8 monographs, 9 journal articles, 5 articles in collective publications, and 1 newspaper article. The list does not include reprints of the Ioffe’s works/fragments of his works made in recent decades. The author’s introduction describes the current historiographic situation with the bibliography of I. I. Ioffe’s works and the archival materials used to compile this list. It is noted that in the historiography there are discrepancies not only in the exact publication data, but even in the titles of the Ioffe’s works. This is due not only to the errors of contemporary researchers, but also to the fact that I. I. Ioffe himself often inaccurately indicated the titles and publication data in the lists of works he compiled himself. Several such lists were found in the archives, the most complete of which are three. One was compiled in preparation for the defense of Ioffe of a doctoral dissertation, i. e. in 1940, and was preserved in the dissertation file (State Archives of the Russian Federation, copy in Central State Archives of St. Petersburg). The second and third are in the Ioffe's personal file from the human resources archive of Leningrad State University: the handwritten version is dated February 1944, the typescript is undated, but, judging by the included works of 1944, it can be dated to the same 1944 (United Archive of Saint-Petersburg State University). These materials, as well as visual browsing of publications, allowed us to prepare the list of the Ioffe’s works published below. This should become a preparatory stage for a full-scale and comprehensive study, as well as actualization his scientific heritage.
